Welcome to Lippe Lift Studio. By accessing this Content Management System (CMS), you consent to the following operational parameters aligned with our core mission for high-quality social media publishing.

1. Workspace Access & Authorized Use

Access to Lippe Lift Studio is strictly bound to valid @lippelift.de email addresses and individually approved external collaborators. You hold exclusive responsibility for all publishing commands, approvals, and system interactions performed under your account. The platform is meant exclusively for content drafting, team review, scheduling, and publishing of validated brand assets for internal use. System access must not be shared or automated through external botting scripts.

2. Content Moderation & Quality Assurance

The Lippe Lift Studio engine facilitates advanced content scheduling and campaign drafting. While the platform accelerates campaign execution, it is imperative that all drafted scripts, media assets, and active campaigns undergo stringent QA review. You retain ultimate responsibility for validating output, ensuring strict tone compliance, and precluding any off-brand artifacts before initiating a publishing sequence to social platforms.

3. Source Protection & Intellectual Property

This publisher suite relies on rigorously optimized internal architectures. You agree not to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or extract the underlying logic, active brand libraries, or deployment configuration outside this supervised workspace environment.

4. System Integrity & Limits

The execution environment connects with metered external social media APIs (such as TikTok) to ensure reliable publishing sequences. Bypassing rate-limiter implementations, circumventing intentional backend validation, or willfully causing redundant API calls falls outside standard operating procedures and violates these terms. System administrators reserve the right to throttle usage anomalies or suspend access privileges instantly to preserve operational stability.
