Welcome to Lippe Lift Studio. These Terms explain how creators and authorized content teams may use the Studio to draft, review, schedule, and publish original short-form video content.
Each user is responsible for the content, captions, settings, and publishing actions performed from their account. The Studio is designed so users can preview the video, edit TikTok title and caption text, choose privacy and interaction settings, review commercial disclosure options, and provide explicit consent before content is sent to a social platform.
Lippe Lift Studio supports creation and review of original UGC-style videos. Users must not use the Studio to copy arbitrary content from other platforms, remove third-party copyright markings without permission, impersonate other creators, or publish content they do not have rights to share.
When a user connects TikTok, the Studio uses TikTok's developer APIs to show current creator account settings and submit approved video content only after the user confirms the post metadata. Users are responsible for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation, and Branded Content Policy when applicable.
Users may not bypass validation, automate redundant posting attempts, abuse rate limits, or use the Studio for spam. The Studio may throttle, block, or require reconnection when a social platform reports account restrictions, exhausted posting limits, missing permissions, or invalid credentials.
